The Vintage Pattern Lending Library – preserves, archives, and replicates historic fashion patterns from 1840 through 1950, vintage sewing publications, and fashion prints of the past.
The VPLL is a great resource for vintage pattern reproductions, with lots or lending and purchase options it’s a resource that should be in every one’s bookmark list. The VPLL recently underwent a nice upgrade to their website which has a great feature for vintage lovers – a wish-list!
In my conversations with the owner it’s clear to see she loves the patterns as much as any collector and her site is a great resource for history as well as patterns.
Evadress – A Pattern Retrospective, accurately reproduced vintage patterns each offered in a wide range of sizes.
Evadress is easily my favorite place to get reproduction patterns. The quality of the reproduction is excellent, everything is printed clearly and shipped fast.
